About Us

GNS carries a distinguished legacy of over 100 years in the legal profession, with the current generation being the fourth to assist litigants in seeking justice.

Our family’s history in the legal domain commenced in 1920 when our forefather, Late Shri Kanhaiyalal Sharma initiated his legal practice at Neem Ka Thana, a prominent court during British rule alongside Jaipur. His son, Late Shri Jai Narayan Sharma followed his path, enrolling as an advocate in 1950 after completing his legal education at a distinguished institution of that era. Late Shri Jai Narayan Sharma emerged as a highly successful and eminent lawyer, frequently representing various princely states in judicial proceedings.

Thereafter, his four sons and one daughter pursued legal education and entered the profession. Among them, Shri Giriraj Sharma, our founder, commenced his legal practice in 1980 at Shrimadhopur, District Sikar. Over his 44-year career, he has built a formidable reputation in both civil and criminal law, becoming the most sought-after advocate in the entire Sikar District.

How It Works

Consultation

This meeting serves several purposes: Discussing the Case: The client shares the details of their legal issue and the advocate provides an initial assessment of the case.
Evaluating Fit: Both the client and the advocate determine if they are a good fit for each other.
Providing Legal Advice: The advocate may offer general legal advice and outline potential courses of action. Understanding Costs: The advocate explains their fees and billing structure, helping the client understand the financial implications of hiring them.

Strategize

Strategizing in a law case involves developing a comprehensive plan to achieve the best possible outcome for a client. This process includes several key steps:
Understanding the Case: Thoroughly reviewing all facts, aspects, evidence and legal issues involved in the case.
Identifying Goals: Determining the client’s objectives, such as putting all the efforts for a better outcome/results.
Legal Research: Investigating relevant laws, precedents and legal arguments that can support the case and discuss with the team at every aspects etc.

Take Action

This can involve several steps, depending on the type of case and the jurisdiction. Here are some common actions:
Filing a Complaint: This is the first step in many legal actions, where the plaintiff (the person bringing the case) files a formal plaint/complaint with the court outlining their grievances and the relief they seek.
Motions: During a case, parties may file motions to ask the court to take specific actions, such as dismissing the case, compelling the other party to provide evidence etc.
